Peanut Butter, Jam, and Greens 

One of the easiest ways to instantly consume bioavailable material is with our infusion-free, peanut butter, jam, and greens recipe packed with loads of plant-based fats. This simple snack can be served with chicken noodle soup (with a soda on the side,) or enjoyed on it’s own in a pinch with the bread you have on hand, be it pita bread, naan, bagels, sourdough, focaccia, and more. 


  • 2 slices of bread - whichever you prefer
  • 2-3 tablespoons of peanut butter - regular or natural (just remember to stir)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of fruit preserves (we like raspberry, strawberry, or peach) 
  • 1-2 grams of activated plant material, ground (prepared inside the Ardent LIFT or FLEX)


As you would make any sandwich, spread peanut butter on one side of the bread, and jam on the other. Sprinkle activated material on the side with the peanut butter, close the sandwich, cut it your favorite way, (even though we all know the best way is diagonal triangles,) and enjoy.
