Ardent Return Policy
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. Devices (Nova, FX & MINI) each have a 1-year warranty. As outlined in the materials that came with the devices, the warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required. Registration within 14 days of purchase is required to activate the 1-year warranty on your device if you did not purchase directly from us. If you purchase directly from us, your device is automatically registered. You can register your Nova, FX and MINI on our Device Registration page.

One Year Warranty
At Ardent, we stand behind our products and provide a one-year warranty on the Nova, FX and MINI for electronic and manufacturing defects of the Nova, FX and MINI body, electric and heating components, inner container, lid and cover. The One Year Warranty is void if the base holding the Nova, FX and MINI electronic components has been in any way opened or altered after purchase, or if there is damage to the unit resulting from misuse, including overfilling the unit or using the unit outdoors. Warranty is valid for original purchaser only, proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required if not purchased directly from Ardent.
If your item’s issue is covered under Ardent’s One Year Warranty, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email us from the email address you used to place your order or include your order number. If you purchased from an authorized reseller, please include your proof of purchase. You will receive a reply within 2 business days to coordinate a replacement. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.
The one-year warranty is void if the base holding the device’s electronic components has been in any way opened or altered after purchase or for damage to the unit resulting from misuse.
Also, using an electrical converter is not recommended and doing so voids the warranty of Nova, FX and MINI.
